Mythica Kats Cattery Kitten Sales Agreement
This agreement governs the sale of the following purebred Siamese or Oriental Shorthair kitten/cat.

The conditions of this sale are as follows:
The Seller is transferring this kitten/cat to the Buyer in good faith as a healthy
and well cared for animal. Seller guarantees this kitten/cat to be free from feline
leukemia virus (FeLV), and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). The Buyer is
encouraged to have this said kitten/cat checked by a veterinarian of the Buyers
preference within a period of 72 hours after date of sale. Any medical condition
discovered at that time shall be reported to the Seller within one day of diagnosis.
Buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for the kitten/cat and will provide
properly for it's welfare. Buyer agrees to keep the kitten/cat indoors, uncaged,
with proper nutrition and vet care. Buyer also understands that if the kitten/cat
is declawed, it will render the guarantee null and void. Buyer also understands that
vaccinating this kitten/cat for FeLV or FIP will void all provisions of this guarantee.
It is strongly recommended that the kitten/cat be quarantined from other pets for
at least 14 days. Be mindful that the stress induced in an animal when going to a
new home may cause sysmptoms of illness, including upper respiratory infection, to
appear in an otherwise healthy animal.
This Kitten/cat is being sold as a pet WITHOUT breeding rights. This Kitten/cat is
to be neutered/spayed as soon as the Buyer's vet deems it safe. This kitten/cat's
litter has been registered with the CFA, once the Seller receives proof of the
neuter/spay from the Buyer the Seller will provide CFA with the Buyer's name,
address and chosen Pet name that starts with "Mythica Kats" our registered cattery name.
Unless altered before sale, buyer will spay a female kitten between 5-8 months and
neuter a male kitten between 6-8 months of age.
If there is any reason this cat/kitten is no longer able to be kept by Buyer, the breeder
Is to be contacted prior to placement in another home. This animal is ALWAYS welcome back to
Breeder for whatever reason.
Buyer assures and guarantees that this kitten will not be used for breeding or stud.
Buyer agrees that this kitten/cat was purchased as pet quality for the sum of
$____________. This kitten/cat is guaranteed against congenital defects until one
year of age. Should the kitten/cat die or have to be euthanized due to a genetic
defect or a health problem which it was found to be born with, the Seller will
replace the kitten/cat of the same quality, at the Seller's earliest convenience.
Since all money received goes into the support of the Cattery, NO money is
refundable. The Buyer must contact the Seller as soon as there is any reason to
believe that a problem exists or this clause will be void. These arrangements will be
made upon receiving proof (an autopsy/necropsy) of death and must be performed
by a licensed veterinarian. The certificate of cause of death is forwarded to the
Seller. NO CASH REFUNDS.
In signing this document, Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read, understands,
and agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the above sale.
